NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of an In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-016835of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and JOY L. BANFIELD, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 16, RIVERCREST TOWNHOMES WEST PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 162, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 11090 WINTER CREST DRIVE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
