D/B/A COLONIAL BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A LINDA STEPHARANOFF, and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/8/2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
