NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 02, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-010635 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSMPS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-3 is the Plaintiff and EUNICE VIDAL; HOWARD W. MUNCH A/K/A HOWARD MUNCH; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/19/2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
