NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-012482 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Manuela Martinez are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTHWESTERLY 65 FEET OF LOT 14, IN BLOCK 2, OF BAY CREST PARK UNIT #2, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID NORTHWESTERLY 65 FEET OF LOT 14, BEING ALL THAT PART OF SAID LOT LYING NORTHWESTERLY OF A LINE DRAWN PARALLEL TO AND 65 FEET SOUTHEASTERLY OF THE DIVIDING LINE BETWEEN, LOTS 14 AND 15 IN SAID BLOCK 2.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
