Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the property described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and located in Hillsborough County, Florida, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of January, 2016.

Lot 8 in Block 2 of COUNTRY PLACE UNIT VI, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 81-1 through 81-3, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
