NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-030832 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and Ruby Morales are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 6th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24 IN BLOCK 7 OF REVISED PLAT OF SPERRY GROVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
