NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-009295 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CMLTI ASSET TRUST, is the Plaintiff and RIDLEY M. SANDIDGE; PAVILION OF PALM CEIA CONDO ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 8th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT G OF THE PAVILION CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5399, PAGE 1928 AND AS AMENDED ALSO ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
