YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for partition. The action involves real property in Hillsborough County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
1 Acre, being the North 106 feet of that part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying West of Railroad in section 35, Township South, Range 17 East, in Hillsborough County, Florida.
The action was instituted in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, and is styled LOREINE TOWNSEL vs. WILLIE JAMES EVANS.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Marva L. Wiley, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 9999 NE 2nd Avenue, Suite 310, Miami Shores, FL 33138, on or before JAN 11 2016, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Marva L. Wiley, Esq. or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
