NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-001135 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and LARRY FERNANDEZ A/K/A LARRY J. FERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LARRY FERNANDEZ A/K/A LARRY J. FERNANDEZ; SPRINGLEAF HOME EQUITY, INC. F/K/A AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC.; PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
