LAVOY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHEN W. LAVOY are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 IN BLOCK 2 OF PURITY SPRINGS HEIGHTS UNIT NO. 1, TOGETHER WITH 5 FEET OF LAND ON THE WEST FROM VACATED DRAINAGE EASEMENT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
