NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-006015 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003-HE2 is the Plaintiff and SYLVIA OMDERKO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SYLVIA ONDERKO; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1 N/K/A RICHARD ONDERKO; USF FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
