NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-005789, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-FR1, is Plaintiff and BRIAN S. LYONS A/K/A BRIAN LYONS; KATRINA S. LYONS A/K/A KATRINA LYONS; LOGAN GATE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, LOGAN GATE VILLAGE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 42 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
