NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 04, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-005809 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein M & T Bank, is Plaintiff and Jean C. Marceau, et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 48 and part of Lot 47, Block 1, HILLSIDE, UNIT NO. 10, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 59, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. The said part of Lot 47 being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point marking the most Southerly corner of the said Lot 47 and running N 22 deg. 53'33” E., 146.44 feet, to a point on the Northerly boundary of the said Lot 47; thence along said Northerly boundary, 2.50 feet along the arc of a curve, deflecting to the left, having a radius of 50.00 feet and chord bearing and distance of S 64 deg. 41' 49” E., 2.50 feet to a point marking the most Easterly corner of the said Lot 47; thence along the line of division between the aforesaid Lots 47 and 48, S 23 deg. 52' 15” W., 146.36 feet to the Point of Beginning.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
