NOTICE is hereby given that, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 12th day of January, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:
A portion of Lots 50 and 51, Greenbrook Village, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 54, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Easterlymost corner of said Lot 51 and the beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly having a radius of 960.50 feet and a central angle of 02 degrees 52'58”; thence on the arc of said curve, a distance of 48.33 feet; said arc subtended by a chord which bears South 28 degrees 56'05” West, a distance of 48.32 feet to the curve's end; thence North 63 degrees 34'50” West, a distance of 101.57 feet; thence North 19 degrees 58'48” East, a distance of 17.66 feet; thence North 29 degrees 03'25” East, a distance of 36.00 feet; thence South 60 degrees 41'52” East, a distance of 104.15 feet to the Point of Beginning.

pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
