NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-011690 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR7, is the Plaintiff and DDM Trust Services, LLC, as Trustee under the provisions of a trust agreement dated February 20, 2013 known as Land Trust No. 9027, Pavilion Property Owners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Heather Bruchie, Tenant #2 n/k/a Benjamin Bruchie, The Unknown Beneficiaries of Land Trust No. 9027 dated February 20, 2013, Virginia R. Whipple also known as Virginia Rae Whipple, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 19th of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
