NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-027684 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-7, is the Plaintiff and Guillermo Planchart; Maria A. Planchart; Jane Doe N/K/A Sarah Planchart are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
