Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 30, 2014 and the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on December 15, 2015 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as follows:
LOT 10, IN THE EAST ½ OF BLOCK B, RE-SUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS B AND THE WEST ½ OF BLOCK C BAYWOOD, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with a street address of 1109 West Horatio Street, Tampa, Florida 33606, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on February 2, 2016 at 10:00 AM. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
