NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-001238, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A13, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-M UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and ILHAM SULIMAN; MARWAN SULIMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; CORY LAKE ISLES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, CORY LAKE ISLES-PHASE 4, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
