YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 61, B-48 Building, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT FORTY-FIVE, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Page 44, and in O. R. Book 4661, Pages 255 through 281, amended in O. R. Book 5502, Page 282, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2371 Israeli Drive, #61, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication, on Rachel M. Wagoner, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7243 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
