NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-001598-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AFC TRUST SERIES 1999-1, is Plaintiff, and JULIE ANN COY A/K/A JULIE A F COY A/K/A JULIE ANN FROSTMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 78 AND 79 OF HIGHLAND TERRACE PARK ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
