NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-000882-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-WFHE3, ASSET- BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WFHE3 is the Plaintiff and TRICIA NELSON; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; COUNTRY CLUB AT EAST BAY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM II AT EAST BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/12/2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 2405, THE COUNTRY CLUB CONDO II AT EAST BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 30 THROUGH 34, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIA RECORDS BOOK 13303, PAGES 588 THROUGH 649, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
