MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2005-OPT2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT2 is the Plaintiff and KARYN D SMILANICH; ROBERT J SMILANICH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GLENN GAMMON; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MARYANN GAMMON are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 06, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY AS ACQUIRED BY OWNERS HEREIN BY VIRTUE OF THAT CERTAIN WARRANTY DEED, DATED 5-31-02, FROM MICHAEL D. JAQUETTE AND CHRISTINE M. JAQUETTE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, WHICH IS RECORDED IN OR 12038 PAGE 257 ON 6-4-02. Property Address: 2104 SWAN LANE SAFETY HARBOR, FL 34695
