In this action, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Circuit Court Clerk, from the Complaint for Absolute Divorce filed by the Plaintiff, which is sworn to, that the residence of the Defendant, Amy Lyn Totaro, is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served.
It is therefore, ORDERED that publication be made in the Business Observer, a newspaper published in the city of Clearwater, Pinellas County, Tennessee, for four (4) consecutive weeks, commanding said Respondent to serve upon J. Robert Hamilton, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 309 West Main Street, Suite C, Lebanon, Tennessee 37087, a copy of an answer to the Complaint on or before the 8th day of February, 2016; and to also file the original of said answer to the Complaint with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Wilson County Judicial Building, 134 S. College St., Lebanon, TN 37087, according to law. If said Defendant fails to do so the Plaintiff shall appear before the Judge of the Circuit Court sitting in Lebanon, Wilson County, Tennessee on February 19, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. to request that hy be granted a judgment by default against said Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint for Absolute Divorce.
