NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 01, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-000331-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST,, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF WANDA M. LUKASIEWICZ, DECEASED; LINDA ANN RICHARDS A/K/A LINDA A. RICHARDS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF WANDA M. LUKASIEWICZ A/K/A WANDA KOWALIK LUKASIEWICZ A/K/A WANDA T. LUKASIEWICZ, DECEASED; VERA LUKASIEWICZ GARBO A/K/A VERA JANE GARBO A/K/A VERA J. GARBO; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WANDA M. LUKASIEWICZ, DECEASED; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A DUSTIN RICHARDS; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons and parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of February, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 'V', FAIRLAWN PARK MANOR UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PIAT BOOK 58, PAGE 75 AND 76, PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
