NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012CA010643 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE5, is Plaintiff and LYNDA TORRES A/K/A LINDA TORRES, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 1849, Building No. 18, of CLEARBROOKE TOWNHOUSE PHASE VI, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 26, Page(s) 64 through 68, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4261; Page 1590 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1849 Clearbrooke Drive, Clearwater, FL 33760
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
