NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment was awarded on July 28, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-003012-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and ZAINEH OMAR KABAA; DEBORAH D. KABAA AKA DEBORAH KABAA; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 NKA DINA KABAA; et al, are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 5, 2016 at 10:00 A.M, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, GARDEN MANOR SECTION TWO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 45,AND 46 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
