NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 3, 2014 in Civil Case No. 09-013030-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and COUNTRYSIDE NORTH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE N/K/A JESSICA SANCHEZ, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, CARLOS ARTURO SANCHEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS ARTURO SANCHEZ, JOHN DOE, BONAVENTURE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC., CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, SOUTHERN PAWN, WESTERN UNION, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 204, BUILDING “R” TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM II, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6133 PAGE 31 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEROF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, AT PAGES 100 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
