NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-005917-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, NA, Baytowne West Homeowners Association, Inc., Kathy E. Otting a/k/a Kathy Elaine Otting a/k/a Kathy Otting, Tenant #1 nka Dan Elwell, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
