Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 8, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK 3, MONTICELLO GARDENS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6562 65 ST, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33781; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 22, 2016 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
