LOT 33 OF SECURITY ACRES - SECTION “B”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7661 62ND WAY, NORTH, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33781; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 25, 2016 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
