Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 19, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 1, BERISFORD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 15 THROUGH 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4404 BARDSDALE DR, PALM HARBOR, FL 34685; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 11, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
