NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-000940-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Danielle Lane a/k/a Danielle Alexandra Chen, Richard Lane, LVNV Funding, LLC, Successor in interest to Sears, Pinellas County, Florida Clerk of Court, State of Florida, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
