Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 2, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 12 IN BLOCK 10 OF THIRD SECTION OF LELLMAN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, ON PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3820 52ND AVE NO, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33714; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 19, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
