NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2015, and entered in 11-010410-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT WESNER SR. A/K/A ROBERT R. WESNER, SR., DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MARIE WESNER CZERNIAKOWSKI, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT R. WESNER, SR. A/K/A ROBERT WESNER, SR.; MARIE WESNER CZERNIAKOWSKI; ROBERTA WESNER; MARY WESNER BEACH; NANCY FORDLEY; RICHARD WESNER; CHARLES WESNER; DANIEL WESNER; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURTS, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TERESA A. WESNER; CINDY WESNER are the Defendant(s).
