NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-004546-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and JEREMY HANSON; LAKESIDE CROSSING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 - REFUSED NAME N/K/A JANE DOE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 - REFUSED NAME N/K/A/ JOHN DOE, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 505 OF LAKESIDE CROSSING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15411, AT PAGE 2126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
