NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated December 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-011289-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-9, is the Plaintiff and GERALD J. JONES, MICHELLE JONES, SUNTRUST BANK and BAYWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 28th day of January, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
