NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-006375-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SEMINOLE GARDENS APARTMENTS NO. 7-A, INC., is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN GAHAGAN, et al. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on January 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The Proprietary Lease for Apt. No. 104 in Seminole Gardens Apartments No. 7-A, Seminole, Florida, recognized in the Assignment of Lease recorded in O.R. Book 14758, Beginning on Page 1461.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
