NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 10, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-14311-33 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC, Plaintiff, and TEREZINA JAKU, KOLE JAKU, HARBOR BLUFFS OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., LEXINGTON NATIONAL INSURANCE CORPORATION, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of January, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK D, OF HARBOR BLUFFS, SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 23 AND 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
