NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12008194CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-PA2 is the Plaintiff and A. DAVID HELMINTOLLER A/K/A ANDREW DAVID HELMINTOLLER; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ANDREW DAVID HELMINTOLLER AND BARBARA A. HELMINTOLLER REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 17, 2006; BARBARA HELMINTOLLER A/K/A BARBARA ANNE HELMINTOLLER, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE ANDREW DAVID HELMINTOLLER AND BARBARA A. HELMINTOLLER REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 17, 2006 AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of January, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 8, HILLTOP GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
