NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-000023, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CDC MORTGAGE CAPITAL TRUST 2003-HE4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-HE4, is Plaintiff and LOIS HOSTON; JANET BROOKS; ANTHONY B. HOSTON; LOUIS HOWARD; CONSTANCE HENRY; LORA LUMPKIN; EDNA BELLAMY; WILLIAM HOSTON, JR, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, RIDGECREST ACRES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO A PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
