NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-004141-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION ITS SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS is Plaintiff and HARLEN L. SMALL, JR. A/K/A HARLEN LOUIS SMALL, JR. A/K/A HARLEN SMALL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HARLEN L. SMALL, JR. A/K/A HARLEN LOUIS SMALL, JR. A/K/A HARLEN SMALL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL BANK; CYPRESS TRACE NORTH ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NO. 702, CYPRESS TRACE NORTH CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CYPRESS TRACE NORTH CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5510, PAGE 1765, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 68, PAGES 28-37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
