NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-004340AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein UMB Bank, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as legal title trustee for Mart Legal Title Trust 2015-NPL1, is Substituted Plaintiff and JENNIFER DALY; et al., are Defendant(s).
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.manateerealforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on the 5th day of January, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
