NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2015 and entered in the above styled cause now pending in said Court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on
February 3, 2016, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 86, PHILLIPS OAKS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 110, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
