NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-013644-O (40), of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DALT 2007-AR1 is Plaintiff and SANDRA ROMAN HALTERMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA ROMAN HALTERMAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB F/K/A INDYMAC BANK F.S.B.; are defendants. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 6, SPRING LAKE TERRACE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK N, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2 TO THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 2, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 2, 3.2 FEET, THENCE EASTERLY TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; AND ALSO LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 6, SPRING LAKE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK N, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTHERLY 20 FEET OF LOT 4 MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE DIVIDING LINE BETWEEN LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 6 OF SAID SUBDIVISION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
