NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2015 entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-003404-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for PROF-2013-S3 REMIC Trust III is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Salvatore Russo a/k/a Salvatore Anthony Russo, Deceased; Linda Russo a/k/a Linda E. Russo; Samantha Ann DeGrande; Bank of America, N.A.; Moon Lake Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenants; Danielle Blaine; Salvatore Russo; Christopher Russo are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on January 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK B, MOON LAKE, UNIT ONE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 103 THROUGH 106, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
