NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-002578, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2004-3 MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-3 is the Plaintiff and MARIE L. GILMORE ROBERT C. KANTOR LAKEWOOD COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC. LAKEWOOD SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION I, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 11 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
