NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000713-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-5, is Plaintiff, and JAMES B. QUINN A/K/A JAMES B. QUINN, JR., et al are Defendants, the clerk, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 27, Block H, of that certain subdivision known as AUDUBON COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, in Plat Book 21, page(s) 21 - 26.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
