Final Judgment was awarded on December 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 11-2014-CA- 002332, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2005-1 MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1 is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM VRATSOLIS; JULIA VRATSOLIS AKA JULIA NICHOLSON; TARPON BAY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, MHC F/K/A THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MRS. SANDERS; BIMINI BAY I AT TARPON BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on January 14, 2016, at 11:00 am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
