NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-008397-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5,is Plaintiff, and THOMAS DELVECCHIO, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 19th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, OF HUNTER'S LAKE, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, AT PAGE 8 THROUGH 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
