Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, on the 4th day of DECEMBER, 2015, in the cause wherein GARDEN OF EAT'N, LLC was plaintiff and NEW LEAF PRODUCE, LLC and SHANNON LEWIS was defendant, being case number 14-CA-11090 in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, NEW LEAF PROCUCE, LLC and SHANNON LEWIS in and to the following described property, to wit:
